the staffs were extremely good.. so friendly and helpful.. they go extra mile to help us out as we were not familiar with the area.. room interior should be upgraded.. otherwise everything else was value for money.. it will be great if there is a in house cafe or a mini bar/shop

It was a big spacious room. The location of this hotel was also good, it is near to Lumut town. The waterfront is about a 5-minutes walk (it is actually behind the hotel building).

Excellent customer service by the receptionist, housekeeping staffs. My apologies for not getting their names. Most importantly, good value for the money. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Keep it up 👍💪
